"Being Teachable: Making Good Teachers Great" is being presented by Kyle Bragg. Kyle is the
2018 Arizona Elementary PE Teacher of the Year and a #PhysEd friend of technology. By incorporating cutting edge platforms such as Plickers, GIF's, and iPad applications like "Bam Video Delay", Kyle is on a quest to get the right fit for all learners, to motivate more and more students and to monitor student growth over time.
Overview: Do you ever feel like you’re alone, stuck on an island? Do you ever feel like you don’t have enough time or resources? If you answered yes to either of these questions, this session is for you! Being teachable and adopting a growth mindset has completely changed the practice of many educators. In this session, participants will learn and share strategies that can be immediately implemented into most classrooms. Learn more how to maximize your PE program through the use of effective transitions, task switching, integrating technology, and embedding content standards, while also continuing to meet Shape’s Grade Level Outcomes.
